Kandinsky, himself an accomplished musician, once said Color is the keyboard, the eyes are the harmonies, the soul is the piano with many strings. The artist is the hand that plays, touching one key or another, to cause vibrations in the soul. The concept that color and musical harmony are linked has a long history, intriguing scientists such as Sir Isaac Newton. Kandinsky used color in a highly theoretical way associating tone with timbre (the sound's character), hue with pitch, and saturation with the volume of sound. He even claimed that when he saw color he heard music.

With my team PIE we created a locative game using Augmented Reality on mobile device answering the question of Utopia in a happy and positive way. Intervention into space and creating a new word, a colourful one. Giving the chance to people to meet new “players” and interact with them. Meet person to person, Shaking phones instead of hands.

We want to show human relations through symbolism. We use the circle and the square. On the beginning one approaches the other. They are becoming members of a big society and there is unit. Afterwards selfishness or the search for the uniqueness make us be closed in ourselves and breaks us away from the society. They do not perceive our need for diversity and they through us away. Exists a conflict, misunderstanding and in the end comes the separation.

However there is always hope. Thus in the end we show our "two humans" united as result there is an explosion of sentiments, multicoloured as are the colours that come out from this union in the end.

The movie was created for the credits of the short movie "dreamspace". "Dreamspace" is a fairytale for all those who forgot how is to be a child in a city that restricts you daily.

The story takes place New Year's Eve with central hero a girl five years old that suffocates from the confrontation of her parents and from the lack of imagination and sensitivity around her.

Thus the idea was to take everyοne that took part on the movie, from the director to the last one that took part and show him/her as a child and show him/her dream. What they were dreaming to become when they grow up. With this way we show the role had each one on the movie. Using the technique of painting, sketch, as each sketch has been drawn by a child.

Also this gives a hope at the end of the movie, which is a little melancholic, and tranfers us to our childhood. When we were full of dreams and emotions. This movie's role is to make us feel again and dream again. Our background is the universe because of the title of the movie and because it gives us a sense of imagination and magic to the whole idea.

In the digital age we live and all these wired things we use and surround us we are turning from humans to robots and machines. We are doing things mechanically, with no feelings. Music causes feelings, make us feel and think. All we have to do is to listen the music inside us, around us and why not listen the music of the universe!
